Vaccine cold chain queries should be sent to the Cheshire and Merseyside Screening and Immunisation Team (england.cm-imms@nhs.net) to report the incident and for appropriate advice to be given. The email inbox is monitored regularly and cold chain queries will be responded to as soon as possible during office hours.
